The delivery time of the order depends on the stock availability of the products. Normal delivery time for stock items is 2-5 business days. A longer delivery time of a maximum of 1 month applies to products that are not in our warehouse at the time of ordering and the product is ordered from the manufacturer. The delivery time for custom-made gymnastics suits varies depending on the order queue and must be clarified separately with a company representative.
If your order is in a special hurry, please indicate the date when you will need the product in the “Additional Order Information” field when placing your order and we will contact you as soon as possible to find out delivery options.
Orders are delivered by Posti. The delivery address must be located in Finland. We also deliver orders to Åland. The subscriber can choose a non-own address as the delivery address and recipient. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in his order and in his customer data is correct. Letters will be delivered to the recipient's address. Parcels will be delivered to the nearest address of the recipient's address or to the Post's pick-up point chosen by the recipient within 1-3 working days of sending the order. The recipient will receive an arrival notification via SMS when the package can be picked up. The shipment will be stored at the Post office for 7 days.
Home letter to be followed (€ 3.35):
It is possible to send a letter if the weight of the purchased goods does not exceed 50 g in total and the thickness of the goods in the envelope does not exceed 3 cm. The letter will be given a tracking code.
Home letter to be followed (€ 5.20):
It is possible to send a letter if the weight of the purchased goods exceeds 50 g, but is less than 250 g in total, and the thickness of the goods in the envelope does not exceed 3 cm. The letter can be tracked using the tracking code provided by Posti.
XXS shipment (€ 5.90):
The package will deliver orders weighing more than 250 g or more than 3 cm thick. The letter can be tracked using the tracking code provided by Posti.
S-shipment (€ 6.90):
The package includes orders weighing more than 2 kg or measuring more than 11 x 32 x 42 cm. The package can be tracked using the tracking code provided by Posti.
M-shipment (€ 8.90):
The package includes orders weighing more than 2 kg or measuring more than 19 x 36 x 60 cm. The package can be tracked using the tracking code provided by Posti.
L-shipment (€ 10.90):
The package includes orders weighing more than 2 kg or measuring more than 37 x 36 x 60 cm. The package can be tracked using the tracking code provided by Posti.
S-plus shipment (€ 7.90):
The package delivers orders with the longest page exceeding 60 cm . The package can be tracked using the tracking code provided by Posti.
The orders can be picked up from Espoo office within its opening hours.
The office is opened for visitors on Wednesdays and Fridays from 16:00 to 20:00 at the address Taivalmäki 9, 02200 Espoo (Cityvarasto Business Center).
The online store reserves the right to change the delivery method.

For pre-paid orders placed through the online store, postage and handling costs are € 3.35 - € 10.90, which will be added to the total amount of your order. The cost varies depending on the size and weight of the shipment.
The customer has the opportunity to pick up their order from Espoo according to the agreement. You can inquire about the time and exact location by sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to deliver the ordered product due to force majeure. In such a case, we will contact the customer immediately.
A handling fee of € 0.80 is added to the delivery costs of each letter and shipment.
The consumer customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened hygiene products or sealed products (Consumer Protection Act: Chapter 6, Section 16). The cancellation period starts from the delivery of the product.
Returns are chargeable to our customers, ie the customer undertakes to pay the postage costs resulting from the return. Returned products must be unused, in good condition and in their original packaging. We process customer returns within 14 days. The right of return does not apply to custom or special order products (own models).
Products ordered from the online store can be returned to our office in Espoo, by post or through the Ärrä package service. Do not return products by cash on delivery.
According to Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act on distance selling (13 June 2014), the online store has the right to refrain from refunding money until it has received the returned product (s) back. Payment will in principle be refunded using the same payment method used in the original order.
Instructions for making a return:
- Send a message to email@example.com and request a return form.
- Fill in the return form and carefully pack the products in their original packaging.
- Put the completed return form in the return package with the products you want to return. Alternatively, you can return the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Remove or cover the mailing label on the original shipping package. You can also use a non-original shipping package to ship the products - the most important thing is that the products are well protected.
- Send the package from your nearest Posti or Ärräpacket office. Be sure to ask for a receipt for the return. Keep the receipt until you receive confirmation from us that your return has been processed.
- If you want to return the product to our office in Espoo, send a message to email@example.com.

There is no exchange option in the online store. You can return an unused product by following the instructions, and the online store will refund you for the purchase price of the product. If you want to change the size of the product you have ordered, for example, you can return the wrong size product and place a new order in the online store. In this case, you will immediately see if the product is available in the size you want, and you will usually receive a new product within 2-5 business days.
By returning product in our office in Espoo, at the same time you can exchange the product.
If you have any special requests, you can mention these in the "Additional information about the order" field at the end of the order.
